About Us

Founded in September of 1985, Fitness for Life was established as a company specializing in on-site corporate health and fitness programming. The goal was to bring high quality fitness classes into the corporate setting in a relaxed non competitive environment. Fitness for Life took its popular programming into the local communities in 1995 and began working with schools, townships and parks and recreation departments. In February of 2000, Fitness for Life expanded to offer Personal Training Programs where the training is done in an individual’s home or place of work.

Since 1985, the mission of Fitness for Life has remained constant, to help individuals attain their health and fitness goals, through quality programs that respect individuality and encourage success in a friendly and fun environment. Whether it is a group exercise program or a private personal training session, this is our commitment to you.
